Its recent general assembly, meanwhile, served as an opportunity to name Harold Rubrech the new head of the company. He succeeds Wolfgang Schnellbügel, who has served as CEO since 2006.

The Dutch executive comes from Intersport Germany, where he oversaw marketing and multichannel. From 1994 to 1997 he worked at... Sport 2000. As for the supervisory board, Holger Schwarting has been elected for the fourth time as its head.
