Mulberry has changed locations on Paris' luxury shopping street Rue Saint-Honoré. The English label's new flagship is now located at number 275, in what was previously an Escada store, and covers 3,200 ft².

The new retail point is positioned as one of the label's flagship stores, such as New Bond Street in London, Madison Avenue in New York and Harbour City in Hong Kong. Mulberry now boasts 122 stores around the world, having recently opened in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Las Vegas and Dallas.

A very chic interior

The space inside aims to be elegant with touches of wood and leather. The colour palette includes warm earthy tones inspired, according to the label, by the English countryside. A way for Mulberry to show off its roots in the French capital. Visual designer Genevieve Bennett has used leather on some of the walls, taking her inspiration from a Medieval floral motif sculpted into the stonework of Somerset's Wells Cathedral.

A store with a soft touch

This store includes Mulberry's personalisation service, which didn't previously exist in Paris. Customers can now have numbers, letters or even stamps of iconic Londonian symbols, such as a double decker bus or Big Ben, or Parisian ones, like the Arc de Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower, engraved onto their purchases.

Mulberry's aim this year is to relaunch itself, notably with the April arrival of its new CEO, Thierry Andretta, previously at Italy's Buccellati, and the upcoming July arrival of new creative director, Johnny Coca, ex-Celine.
