House of Fraser's apparel and accessories director Hay leaving

UK department store retailer House of Fraser is losing its executive director for apparel and accessories, Jackie Hay, who is set to leave the company this year.

She has been with House of Fraser since 2009, when she joined the company as buying director. Hay had previously worked as the senior buyer at Austin Reed Group in 2003-2005, and also held a role at FutureBrand, a marketing agency. She was also a buyer for Marks & Spencer for seven years.

House of Fraser stated: “We can confirm that Jackie Hay will be leaving House of Fraser this year. We are extremely grateful to Jackie for her invaluable contribution to the business over the years, and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”

As of yet unconfirmed reports in UK media say Hay is leaving House of Fraser to start a job at Michael Kors in the summer.
