Showroomprivé announces Board of Directors following IPO

Showroomprive.com, a French fashion e-tailer which went public on the Euronext Paris market in October 2015, announced the appointment of its Board of Directors.

Marie Ekeland, Founder of Daphni and co-Founder and co-Chairman of France Digitale; Melissa Reiter Birge, CFO of KAYAK Software Corporation and Olivier Marcheteau, CEO of Vestiaire Collective, will join as Independent Directors of the board, which is currently chaired by David Dayan.

The company’s minority stakeholders, Accel Partners and Vipshop Holdings, will be represented by Hendrik Nelis and David Gu, respectively.

Additionally, the chairmanship of the board will rotate every two years between co-founders David Gayan and Thierry Petit, who will alternate between the roles of Chairman & CEO and Deputy CEO.

Thierry Petit and David Dayan said: “We are delighted to be supported by a Board of Directors with a diverse range of talents. We are convinced that their expertise in the key sectors of our business will enable the implementation of Showroomprivé's strategy, and the pursuit of its profitable growth in France and internationally in the coming years.”

The board, composed of 10 members, is rounded off with Erik Dayan, who is currently in charge of B2B activities, Michaël Dayan, Associate Director, and Mathieu Laine, founder of Altermind and Hypermind.
