Rick Owens to collaborate with Adidas

Designer Rick Owens will collaborate with sporting giant Adidas for a Spring-Summer 2014 capsule collection consisting of running shoes for men and women. The collection will stay under wraps until the designer’s menswear show which will take place in Paris at the end of the month.

The line will be available from December 2014 in Rick Owens stores as well as in a selection of luxury retailers and shoes from the collection will retail for around 500 dollars according to WWD.

Indicators at Adidas suggest that his collection will be a one-off affair. As for Rick Owens, the designer has previously worked with Eastpak to create a custom line of 15 backpacks.
