Neiman Marcus, Brunello Cucinelli team up for 'Muse of the West' collection

Neiman Marcus and Brunello Cucinelli teamed up on Thursday night to celebrate the launch of the exclusive 'Muse of the West' collection, at RoadRunner Ranch.

The Muse of the West collection, designed exclusively for the Neiman Marcus customer by sisters and creative partners Carolina and Camilla Cucinelli, reinterprets nuances and textures typical of the American West with a contemporary, feminine, and refined manner that is decisively Italian. It includes outerwear such as a reinvented version of the iconic denim jacket and a suede duster, as well as lightweight shirts, and a versatile selection of dresses and accessories. 

Western inspiration comes to life through pointed ankle boots, riding-style boots, loafers, sneakers, and sporty clogs. Completing the collection are accessories such as bags in different sizes and combinations of leather, wide or masculine-inspired belts, and leather gloves and hats.

"Our partnership of more than twenty years is built on the mutual respect of our two cultures, an admiration for quality, and a curated focus on customer experiences such as this one.”

As part of Neiman Marcus’ retail-tainment strategy, the event welcomed guests and top customers for an intimate evening overlooking the hundred-acre ranch in Dallas, with the aim to bring the Western-inspired and Italian-designed collection to life.

The evening featured an Italian-style aperitivo and cuisine, a model presentation, and a private screening of the campaign video. The partnership will also be showcased across several stores including through Western-inspired visual installations. 

“With the Brunello Cucinelli Muse of the West collaboration, we expanded our retail-tainment strategy to include fully immersive, authentic experiences beyond the traditional store environment. To celebrate this one-of-a-kind collection that brings the Italian viewpoint and sensibility of the American West to life, we hosted the event and fashion presentation on a working ranch in the scenic Texas countryside,” said Lana Todorovich, president and chief merchandising officer, Neiman Marcus.

The collection is now available online only at NeimanMarcus.com and at all Neiman Marcus stores across the country.
