H&M and TK Maxx to expand and remodel Corby stores

Swedish fast fashion giant H&M and value retailer TK Maxx have both signed new lease agreements for the Willow Place shopping centre in Corby, England.

H&M


H&M has signed a new 15-year lease and will double the size of its store to 22,000 sqft. It also plans to refit the entire store, so that it can sell its full range of childrenswear, ladieswear and menswear. TK Maxx also signed a 15-year lease and will invest and remodel the store layout, in order to improve the customer experience of the store.

Simon Phipps, senior leasing, development & asset manager at Sovereign Centros, said: “We have worked closely with TK Maxx and H&M to ensure their new occupational space requirements were met. Their commitment to Willow Place is a huge vote of confidence in our regeneration of the centre and in Corby, which is thriving."

Willow Place measures 800,000 sqft. and has 146 retail units, with tenants including Primark, River Island, New Look, Dorothy Perkins/Burton, JD Sports, and Clarks.
