Joanna Lee - Grosvenor

Lee has previously been with Oxford Properties, where she was responsible for their London retail assets including The Royal Exchange, and at The Crown Estate, where she was responsible for delivering the retail vision for St James's.

Will Bax, Director for Place-making, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said: “Joanna will be responsible for curating some of the world’s most high profile retail streets, including Mayfair’s Mount Street and London's premier design district in Pimlico Road. Our aim is to create and manage truly memorable places that offer special experiences and keep people coming back for more.”

At the moment, Grosvenor is creating a new fashion and lifestyle district between Duke Street and North Audley Street. It will shortly commence work on North Audley Street to create a 14,500 sqft. retail and restaurant flagship. The company is also redeveloping The Pantechnicon on Motcomb Street, which will become a food and retail emporium.

Lee joined the company on 4 July.
