According to a report published this week in Property Week, Dover Street Market, the iconic multibrand store established by Comme des Garçons bosses Adrian Joffe and Rei Kawakubo, is set to move.

Currently located at 17-18 Dover Street, the store was established ten years ago as a multi-storey, multibrand space known for its innovative mix of labels and conceptual pieces.

The brand will reportedly be abandoning its home, and moving into a new 33,000 sq ft space at 18-22 Haymarket, which was vacated by Burberry in 2009 and which previously housed the London brand's former flagship. Joffe confirmed the move to WWD, with the relocation set to take place at the end of 2015.

Like 10 Corso Como in Milan and Colette in Paris, the store is well known for championing emerging talent (they are the exclusive stockists for Craig Green's award-winning Spring/Summer 2015 menswear collection), but DSM have also worked with established brands, for instance showing off Nicolas Ghesquière's debut collection for Louis Vuitton. Growing from its London origins, there are now Dover Street Market outposts in New York City, Tokyo, and Beijing.
