A new multi-year agreement will see the British outfitters brand once again provide the travel kit for Williams’ full track team.

The accompanying 2022 licensed range will launch in the spring with the season’s collection increasing its sustainability credentials.

Crew said it has saved around 1,860,000 litres of water through the use of organically grown cotton. Recycled fibres have also been used within the collection, including pre-loved cotton and polyester. The latter has also saved around 30,000 plastic bottles from making their way into landfill and the ocean, it noted.

Originally launched in line with the 2021 F1 season, the linked collection included a full licensed product range.

“Delivering record-breaking sales, it proved to be an enormous success with numerous sold-out styles”, the brand said on announcing its continuing tie-up.

David Butler, Crew Clothing’s CEO added: “The extension of this [Williams] partnership is a testament to the strength and success of the last year. Together, we will continue to inspire fans on the racetrack and beyond with memorable sporting moments spent wearing Crew Clothing.”

The motor racing link is a continuation of the brand’s longstanding support for British sport. The partnership will sit alongside Crew’s existing sponsorships, which remain in place for the Henley Royal Regatta, Exeter Chiefs, Lawn Tennis Association, Middlesex Cricket and the Legends Tour.
