Joules makes changes to its marketing and e-commerce teams

Country-inspired apparel and lifestyle brand Joules is restructuring its e-commerce and marketing teams to support its future growth.

The UK retailer has hired Lysa Hardy as new Chief Customer Officer. Joining the business on Monday 5th of September, she will take responsibility for the business’ marketing and e-commerce strategies and report directly to Joules CEO Colin Porter.

Hardy was previously Chief Operating Officer at Holland & Barret, where she was responsible for ecommerce, marketing, CRM and PR. She has also held senior roles with Orange, T-Mobile and RAC.

In addition to her appointment, Joules announced that Marketing Director Ronny Helvey will become Director of Creative Services, where he will continue to manage the internal design agency. He has been with the brand for over seven years.

Ralph Percival will continue in his role as Ecommerce Director, taking responsibility for e-commerce operations.

Joules CEO Colin Porter commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Lysa to Joules. As a brand, we have a fantastic relationship with our customers and Lysa’s expertise and experience will help us to further develop our thinking on increasing customer value across all channels.”
