US cosmetics group Estée Lauder, owner of the eponymous brand and of Glamglow, Clinique, Jo Malone and M.A.C, has reorganised its retail business' senior management team. Olivier Bottrie, who is in charge of Estée Lauder's worldwide travel retail since 2004, will now also supervise the group's international store network, holding the twin posts of President Travel Retail and Retail Development from 1st October.

Bottrie will report to both Cédric Prouvé, in charge of Estée Lauder's global retail business, and to Chris Good, the head of North America.

In his new role, Olivier Bottrie is tasked with bolstering and stimulating the growth of the stores operating under the banner of Estée Lauder's various brands, currently comprising 1,400 shops worldwide. He will also take the lead in devising new retail concepts.

Recently, Estée Lauder also appointed Bruno Richard as Vice-President and General Manager of travel retail for the EMEA region. He takes over from Sue Fox, now in charge of Estée Lauder Japan, and will work under Israel Assa, as reported by the Travel Business website.

In the last fiscal year, closed on 30th June, the Estée Lauder group generated a revenue of $11.82 billion (€10 billion), up 5% compared to the previous fiscal year. The recent acquisitions of make-up brands Too Faced and Becca contributed two percentage points to the group's revenue growth.
