With the designs, displayed in the showroom window front alongside videos of the creation process, YKK hopes to establish itself as an innovative and progressive company. In October last year, the Japanese manufacturer opened its first ever showroom in London, marking the physical entry of the brand into the fashion community.

Its showroom on Commercial Street aims to attract new relationships with designers and stylists, as well as with fashion, jewellery and accessories students.

One of the market’s largest fastening-solutions providers, YKK produces zippers, snaps and buttons and employs over 42,000 people in 71 countries. It has an annual turnover over 5 billion euros.
